Atlanta Blind & Shade, Inc. is currently seeking persons for full time (8-10 hours/day 6 days/week) commissioned sales. Our program offers the best opportunity for someone seeking a professional position with a high level company. We have a unique system that gives a star sales person the ability to control their own destiny. Please continue on for more details.
Our current sales persons make $50,000.00 per year and more. If this has your interest please read on to see if you meet our requirements.
Minimum requirements for hire:
Must have prior experience in showroom and in-home retail window coverings sales.
Must be willing to work from our main facility located near Dobbins Air Base in Marietta and from their own office in the field (may be in their home).
Must be available to invest a minimum of 5 days/40 hours per week (spread across Mon. - Sat.). However; our successful rep's invest 8-10 hours/day and 6 days/week. This is why they are successful!
Must be a US citizen or legal resident with a work visa, green card, etc.
Must have excellent communication skills for interacting with ABS, Inc.'s clientele.
Must have reliable transportation. A large amount of samples will be provided and must be transported carefully.
Must have a positive mental attitude and be motivated to finish work quickly, efficiently, yet completely.
Must be open to new techniques and extensive training.
If you do what we say to do how we say to do it and when and where we say to do it, you WILL be successful!
Bonus requirements for hire:
CAN BRING BUILDERS, DESIGNERS, AND/OR ARCHITECTS TO ABS, INC.
Currently in the business and looking for a new home that will support you to be your best and pay you the highest commissions in the area.
Experience in the field of window treatment sales. Especially "Hard" window goods.
Member of Hunter Douglas WFI and completion of Hunter Douglas WFI Training.
Experience with shutter measurement & sales.
Experience in window tinting sales
Experience in awning sales
Experience with and training in low and/or high voltage motorized shade sales (Lutron, Mecho, BTX, etc.)
