There are two warranty topics to consider when choosing window tinting:
The warranty on the tinting film itself
The warranty of the window the film is being applied to
Film Warranty - All of our films carry a full lifetime warranty for as long as you own the property where the film is installed. The warranty guarantees the film will not fade, peel, bubble, discolor, or decrease in its effectiveness or the film will be replaced at no cost to the consumer.
Window/glass warranty - When window film is applied to any window or door glass panel, any warranty that was in force on that window or door glass is immediately void. DON'T PANIC! Window film manufacturers realize this and have taken steps to alleviate this dilemma. All of our window films carry a five year window glass breakage/seal failure warranty. Also, for mere 25 cents more per square foot, you can receive a lifetime warranty on the glass. Most glass only comes with a 5 year warranty so by adding the Diamond Warranty you've protected your floors, rugs, and furnishings, and your windows.
Window tinting is priced by the square foot or by the panel depending on the application.
For large single panes of glass our price is $5.75 - $10.00 per square foot.
For French panes our price is $6.50 - $10.50 per pane unless the panes are larger than one square foot then it is $6.50 - $10.50 per square foot.
For second story windows there is a one time $50.00 "ladder fee" per job.
