Here it is folks.  The good, the bad, and the ugly.  We show them all.  Not just the good ones. We have about a thousand of these so in the essence of download time we picked a few that are representative of the rest.

The Ugly

Sometimes you just have one of those days where everything goes wrong. We aren't perfect however; we constantly strive for excellence.  Here are some letters about those days.

She is absolutely right! We blew it. We had problems with the product, we hired a new (to remain un-named) installer without checking him out, and we didn't call them when we should have. All around bad day. The good news that once we were FINALLY done, the client was happy with their product and it performed as we told them it would. We learned a lot.
